My half of an art trade with ! Her AWESOME half: [link]
She was WONDERFULLY, refreshingly specific, saying she wanted Tech,
“sitting on a couch, in sort of sagged jeans, a black hoodie, barefoot, with his legs crossed (not in a feminine way, but how guys cross their legs ^^) with one arm on the back of the couch”.
I hope you don't mind, but I changed the jeans to cargo pants, because there was just too much blue going on, if you know what I mean. This was a BLAST to draw, and I'm really pleased with how well it turned out! And I mean REALLY pleased...


The background (minus the couch, which was drawn by yours truly) is a manip of a screenshot from Episode 3: "Cloak of Black Velvet" (which is, in my opinion, one of THE best episodes, both because of the general awesomeness of the Loonatics in this particular episode, and because the animators did a REALLY good job in this one...unlike some of the really shoddy work in the second season...), taken my myself from my own DVD.


I gotta give a shout-out to my cousin, . When she saw me sketching this, she looked right at it and said, "Wow, hi, Tech, long time no see!" as if he was sitting right there in the flesh instead of just in pencil on my sketchpad! She's so awesome!
